Implications of labour migration on the european labour market - labour law aspects

During the 21st century, migrations have become increasing-ly intense, since they are often planned with a specific goal and could cause major social changes. Unfortunately, there is no definition of term ?migrant?, countries face particular challenge in protecting migrant workers? right to work. The International Labour Organization, Council Europe, European Union made significant contributions establishing developing worker protection system. At national level, governments trade unions contribute by adopting laws control migrations. However, many social, political, economic factors at play, can?t always immigration within their own territory. author?s hypothesis that position workers depends significantly on host country?s im-migration labour policies. paper concludes application general provisions prescribed international level cannot does not fully protect rights workers.
